本文选取珠江三角洲3家大型创新型上市公司为研究对象,使用《企业员工创新心理素质调查问卷》,分析企业员工创新心理素质的结构与特点,及其对员工创造力的影响。结果表明,上市公司团队员工创新心理素质成员的结构和特点有明显的差异。创新角色认同是促进或阻碍企业员工创新活动的主要因素。建议企业建立以人为本的创新理念和制度,提高员工对创新角色的认同感,形成创新企业发展的动力源泉。
This paper selects three large-scale innovative listed companies in the Pearl River Delta as the research object, using “Questionnaire of Innovative Psychological Quality of Employees” to analyze the structure and characteristics of innovative psychology of employees and its impact on employee creativity. The results show that there are obvious differences in the structure and characteristics of the innovative psychological quality members of the employees in listed companies. Innovative role identification is a major factor in promoting or hindering employee innovation activities. It is suggested that enterprises should establish a people-oriented innovative concept and system to enhance staff’s sense of identity with innovative roles and form a source of power for the development of innovative enterprises.
