戎马一生的父亲,给我留下了9幅当年新四军创作的抗日斗争宣传画,其中有新四军政治部为对敌宣传印发的《日本的长期侵略》的漫画传单;吴耘创作的连环木刻二幅《日寇残暴罪行》;赵坚创作的油印画《车桥攻坚战》和《斜桥之战》;赵坚速写、杨涵木刻的《车桥战役中被解放的日本兄弟》。这9幅宣传画,有的创作于1937年新四军创建初期,有的创作于抗日战争胜利的前夕,在当时,极大地鼓舞了广大军民英勇抗击日本侵略者的决心和必胜的信念。
