对红腹缢管蚜的空间分布型及抽样技术进行了研究。 11组样本各项指标均符合聚集分布的检定标准。应用 Taylor幂法则、Iwao回归分析法 ,测定出红腹缢管蚜的空间格局是基本成份为个体群的聚集分布 ,聚集强度随种群密度的升高而增加。聚集原因是昆虫本身行为和环境因素综合影响的结果。应用 Iwao提出的 N=t2D2 (α+1x +β- 1) )公式 ,确定了在一定精确水平下的理论抽样数。当 t=1,m0 =2时 ,序贯抽样的上、下限为 :T(n) =2 n± 6 .8577n。
The spatial distribution patterns and sampling techniques of Aphis gossypii were studied. The indexes of 11 groups of samples all meet the criteria of aggregation distribution. The Taylor power law and the Iwao regression analysis method were used to determine the spatial distribution pattern of Aphis gossypii. The basic composition of the aphids was aggregation distribution, and the aggregation intensity increased with population density increasing. The reason for the aggregation is the result of the combined effect of insect’s own behavior and environmental factors. Applying the formula of N = t2D2 (α + 1x + β-1) proposed by Iwao, we determine the theoretical sampling number under a certain level of precision. When t = 1 and m0 = 2, the upper and lower bounds of sequential sampling are: T (n) = 2 n ± 6 .8577n.
