故障现象一辆2008款丰田凯美瑞车,行驶里程为12万km。车辆行驶时右前部有异响,在颠簸路面上时响声特别明显;高速(80 km/h～120 km/h)行驶制动时,车身及转向盘抖动严重;倒车时制动有“咯噔、咯噔”的响声。故障诊断经试车发现,上述异响确实存在。根据维修经验,车辆异响多是由以下原因造成的。(1)车辆底盘因碰擦导致部件变形、松动而出现异常摩擦。(2)制动块产生硬结焦化,在制动时与制动盘硬性挤压;制动盘变形或装配不当;制动块与制动盘接触面积过小等。
