随着我国知识经济与网络时代的到来,给商业经济人才管理工作带来了全新的挑战,因此就必须保证人才要具备一定的综合素质与专业的理论知识。且对于商业经济学来说,主要是针对商业部门中经济之间的关系以及发展规律上来进行讲述的。在社会经济的不断影响下,我国对于新商业经济时代管理人才的培养上也提出了更为严格的要求,因此就必须要做好管理工作,保证管理效果。基于此本文针对新商业中经济管理人才上面临的挑战进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
With the advent of our country’s knowledge economy and the Internet era, we have brought brand new challenges to the management of commercial economic personnel. Therefore, we must ensure that qualified personnel possess a certain degree of comprehensive quality and professional theoretical knowledge. And for business economics, it is mainly about the relationship between the economy in the commercial sector and the law of development. Under the continuous influence of social economy, our country also put forward more strict requirements on the training of management talents in the new business economy era, so we must do a good job of management and ensure the management effect. Based on this, this paper briefly addresses the challenges faced by economic management professionals in new business and puts forward some personal opinions for reference purposes only.
