技能是职场中的通货正如肌肉塑造着你的身体一样,技能塑造着你的职业生涯。职业生涯规划帮助你发现和确认现有的和准备开发的技能,一个彻底的技能分析是不可或缺的步骤。技能是求职者所使用的通货。在职场上你以技能换取资酬。技能包括我们将之带入到一个工作或任务中,并且在其中学到的具体的特质、才艺和个人品质。每一份工作都需要技能。我们通过生活与他人的交流以及完成日常事务,不知不觉地发展了技能。我们的个人偏好常常影响着我们的技能和能力的发展。我们倾向于在我们喜爱的活动中反复地运用一些技能。那些我们反复运用,驾轻就熟的技能被称为自发性技能。
Skills are the currency of the workplace Just as the muscles shape your body, skills shape your career. Career planning helps you discover and validate existing and ready-to-develop skills, and a thorough skill analysis is an indispensable step. Skill is the currency used by job seekers. In the workplace, you earn money by skill. Skills include the specific traits, talents, and personal qualities that we bring into a job or task and are learned in them. Every job requires skill. We develop our skills unknowingly through the exchange of life with others and the fulfillment of our daily affairs. Our personal preferences often influence the development of our skills and abilities. We tend to use some skills repeatedly in our favorite activities. Those we use repeatedly, familiar skills are called spontaneous skills.
