EEAC算法是目前国际上唯一能满足在线实时要求,具有定量性、快速性的电力系统暂态稳定分析方法。 EEAC在线软件包在东北电网中经过5年在线运行,获得了用户的信任和认可,也从用户的反馈中积累了丰富的经验,从算法到工程实施都得到了不断改进。文中介绍了其在CC2000开放式 EMS环境中的在线实时环境、数据流,以及为调度人员使用方便而在程序运行模式、人机界面等方面进行的工程考虑,并给出了计算精度、误差分布、计算速度等统计结果和实际工况单相重合闸操作的整定计算实例。
EEAC algorithm is the only power system transient stability analysis method in the world that can meet the online real-time requirements and is quantitative and rapid. After 5 years of online operation in the Northeast Power Grid, the EEAC online software package has gained the trust and approval of users. It has also accumulated rich experience from users’ feedbacks, and has continuously improved from algorithms to project implementation. This paper introduces its online real-time environment and data flow in the CC2000 open EMS environment, as well as engineering considerations in program operation mode and man-machine interface for the convenience of dispatchers, and gives the calculation accuracy, error distribution , Calculation speed and other statistical results and the actual conditions of single-phase reclosing operation tuning calculation example.
