目的 观察脑脊液置换术 +鞘内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎的疗效和安全性。方法 对无腰穿禁忌症的 2 0例结核性脑膜炎在常规药物治疗的基础上 ,采取脑脊液置换术 +鞘内注药。结果 14例痊愈 ,5例好转 ,自动出院 1例 ,临床效果较为满意。结论 对结核性脑膜炎辅以脑脊液置换术 +鞘内注药有助于提高临床疗效 ,是一种安全有效的方法 ,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of cerebrospinal fluid replacement and intrathecal injection in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis. Methods Twenty cases of tuberculous meningitis without contracting of lumbar disc herniation were treated with routine drug therapy and treated with CSF replacement and intrathecal injection. Results 14 cases recovered, 5 cases improved, 1 case was discharged automatically, the clinical effect was satisfactory. Conclusions The combination of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy and intrathecal injection of tuberculous meningitis helps to improve the clinical curative effect. It is a safe and effective method and worthy of promotion and application in primary hospitals.
