随着市场经济的深入发展,改革开放的逐步深化,在新形势下国有企业的党组织建设面临着新机遇与挑战,做好国有企业党组织建设是巩固党的执政地位的有效途径,是实现国有资产保值增值的基本保证,也是实现国有企业科学发展的重要保障。本文就新形势下国有企业党建工作的意义、现状及加强党建工作的措施进行了分析与总结。
With the deepening of the market economy and the gradual deepening of the reform and opening up, under the new situation, the party organizations in state-owned enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges. To do a good job in building the party organizations in state-owned enterprises is an effective way to consolidate the ruling position of the party. The basic guarantee for preserving and increasing the value of state-owned assets is also an important guarantee for the scientific development of state-owned enterprises. This article analyzes and summarizes the significance, current situation and measures to strengthen party building in state-owned enterprises in the new situation.
