科学的管理方法,先进的管理手段,是推动企业优质服务,提高经济效益和社会效益的关键。为此沈阳北站开发建立了达标考核网络管理信息系统,并以此为起点,全面建立考核体系、完善激励和约束机制,最终达到建立全站办公自动化系统。本文以沈阳北站达标考核网络管理信息系统的开发为内容,介绍系统功能、系统开发方法和开发技术、系统环境设计等。
Scientific management methods and advanced management methods are the key to promote high-quality services to enterprises and increase economic and social benefits. To this end Shenyang North Station to develop and establish a compliance assessment network management information system, and as a starting point to establish a comprehensive assessment system, improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms, and ultimately to establish a full-site office automation system.
