研究了SAF2205双相不锈钢和尿素级316不锈钢对接焊热影响区在工业尿素合成介质中的耐蚀性.实验结果表明,焊接线能量对热影响区的耐蚀性有重要影响,腐蚀最重处是在距离熔合线3-6mm区域,局部腐蚀深度随线能量的增加而增大.SAF2205不锈钢焊接线能量对热影响区腐蚀的敏感程度比316L不锈钢大.
The corrosion resistance of heat-affected zone of SAF2205 duplex stainless steel and urea-grade 316 stainless steel butt welded in industrial urea synthesis media was studied. The experimental results show that the welding line energy has an important influence on the corrosion resistance of the HAZ. The most corrosive zone is in the region of 3-6mm from the fusion line, and the local corrosion depth increases with the increase of the line energy. SAF2205 stainless steel welding line energy sensitive to corrosion in the heat affected zone than 316L stainless steel.
