本文检测10例白血病C-myC癌基因在蛋白质水平上的表达,发现4例不缓解白血病的C-myC阳性细胞百分比以及C-myC总的表达量明显高于缓解期病人的表达,2例病人临床及骨髓象已达缓解,但C-myC蛋白阳性细胞百分数及C-myC蛋白总表达量仍维持高水平表达,分别于28天及37天复发。这提示,C-myC蛋白的表达水平是预示白血病复发的更敏感的指标。另外,10例白血病病人的C-myC阳性细胞百分数均较骨髓内幼稚细胞百分数为高,提示一部分形态上看来是正常的细胞,仍有C-myC的表达,这部分细胞很可能是白血病细胞。
In this study, we detected the expression of C-myC oncoprotein in 10 leukemia patients and found that the percentage of C-myC positive cells and the expression of C-myC in 4 patients with leukemia were significantly higher than those in remission Clinical and bone marrow imaging had been alleviated.
