新课改对小学课堂教学提出了新要求,这就要求小学教师提高教学设计能力,但是我国传统教学理论遗留问题严重,当前小学教学设计存在一定的问题,想要提高教学设计能力就要研究其发展特点和影响因素。本文将从当前小学阶段教学设计的问题出发,分析小学教师教学设计能力的发展特点和影响因素,为我国小学教师提供有力参考,推动我国新课改的进程。
The new curriculum reform put forward new requirements for primary school classroom teaching, which requires primary school teachers to improve their ability of instructional design. Based on the current primary school teaching design problem, this paper analyzes the development characteristics and influencing factors of primary school teachers’ teaching design ability, and provides a strong reference for primary school teachers in our country to promote the process of new curriculum reform in our country.
