综观美日贸易摩擦,人们常常有这样的疑问:“为什么在美日贸易摩擦当中,美国仅仅是在谈判桌上处于优势,而日本却是在市场上处于优势”?要准确回答上述疑问,除了要研究日本如何重视对美谈判、积极调整对外经贸战略以外,还要认真研究日本在处理日美贸易摩擦中所做的其他各个方面的工作。而在“其他各个方面的工作”中,日本政府,特别是日本企业对美国各界的所做的危机公关工作是值得认真研究的。
