气门是发动机主要另件之一,气门质量的好坏不但直接影响发动机功率,而且会导致发动机毁坏。汽车工业迅猛发展对气门的要求也愈来愈高,如美国康明斯公司、TRW公司等都采用了气门堆焊司太立合金新工艺,国内上海柴油机厂、重庆发动机厂、第一汽车制造厂等,为满足发动机性能不断提高的要求,也相继要求在气门锥面上堆焊合金,为此,从七九年开始,我厂从研制到批量生产做了大量的工作。对气门锥面堆焊合金的质量检测开始用着色法探伤,现改为荧光探伤,实践证明,荧光探伤以灵敏度高、检测速度快、环境污染小,而优于着色探伤。现将荧光探伤基本原理、操作方法、注意事项介绍如下:
