为了满足技术人员对车辆自动变速系统的数据采集及分析的要求,设计了基于虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW的电控机械式自动变速器(automatic manual transmission,AMT)数据采集系统。阐述了AMT数据采集系统的基本原理,构建了系统的基本架构,继而从硬件平台的搭建以及上位机程序的编写这两个方面分别对系统进行了分析与研究,着重分析了利用LabVIEW实现的数据采集功能。实验表明,采用LabVIEW构建的AMT数据采集系统实现了AMT系统数据的采集、显示与存储的功能。同时使上位机界面更加直观且易于操作,便于工程技术人员及时地了解车辆运行的实时动态。
In order to meet the requirements of technicians for data acquisition and analysis of automatic transmission system of vehicle, an automatic manual transmission (AMT) data acquisition system based on virtual instrument platform LabVIEW was designed. The basic principle of the AMT data acquisition system is expounded, the basic architecture of the system is built, and then the system is analyzed and researched respectively from the hardware platform and the programming of the host computer. Emphatically analyzed the data Acquisition function. Experiments show that using AMT data acquisition system built by LabVIEW to achieve AMT system data acquisition, display and storage functions. At the same time make the host computer interface more intuitive and easy to operate, to facilitate engineering and technical personnel to understand the real-time dynamic vehicle operation.
