加强体育教研组建设,发挥体育教研组功能是整合学校体育资源,提升学校体育工作质量的一个重要途径。本文从组内、组外两个角度探讨教研组建设的框架体系,通过研究力求使体育教研组建设工作规范化、完整化。
It is an important way to strengthen the construction of physical education teaching and research group and give full play to the functions of physical education teaching and research group to integrate school sports resources and improve the quality of school physical education. This article explores the framework system of teaching and research group from both inside and outside the group, and tries to standardize and complete the construction of PE teaching and research group.
