研究超氧化物歧化酶对缺血骨骼肌和血管平滑肌的保护作用。应用大鼠离体肢体分别用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和生理盐水溶液灌注,保存0~48h,经2,4,8,16,24,48,72h取小腿三头肌进行Na+-K+-ATP醇和Ca2+-ATP酶活性检测,并对此骨骼肌和股动脉平滑肌进行超微结构观察。结果:发现SOD灌注对缺血骨骷肌、股动脉平滑肌的酶活性及细胞形态都优于生理盐水灌注组(P<0.01)。结论:结果表明SOD灌注时离体肢体的存活有保护作用。
To study the protective effect of superoxide dismutase on ischemic skeletal muscle and vascular smooth muscle. The isolated limbs of rats were perfused with SOD and saline solution for 0 ~ 48h respectively. The triceps brachii were harvested for Na + -K + -ATP alcohol and Ca2 + -ATPase activity were detected, and the skeletal muscle and femoral artery smooth muscle ultrastructure was observed. Results: SOD activity was found to be superior to saline perfusion group (P <0.01) in the activity of Skeletal muscle and femoral artery smooth muscle. CONCLUSIONS: The results indicate that survival of extremity limbs during SOD perfusion is protective.
