本文以上海图书馆移动阅读终端用户服务为着眼点,从用户结构、用户终端使用情况反馈两方面,对终端外借的用户服务进行调查研究,并根据调查结果提出外借终端用户的服务优化策略。
In this paper, we focus on the service of mobile reading terminal in Shanghai Library. Based on the user structure and the feedback of the user’s terminal, this paper investigates the customer service of terminal loan and proposes the service optimization strategy of the terminal users based on the survey results .
