目的分析风险意识作用于手术室护理管理中的积极作用。方法将2015年11月至2016年7月在我院进行手术治疗的40例患者进行分组对比研究,采用数字随机分组法将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组20例;对照组仅实施手术室常规护理,观察组则运用风险意识管理。结果护理资料汇总提示,观察组风险事件发生率低于对照组,而患者对于护理服务的满意度却明显更高,两组数据间均有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将风险意识理念作用于手术室护理管理中,不仅能够控制各类风险事件的发生,而且能有效提升患者对护理服务的满意度,方法经验证效果确切,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the positive role of risk awareness in operating room nursing management. Methods Forty patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2015 to July 2016 were divided into observation group and control group, and 40 cases were divided into observation group and control group by digital randomization method. The control group Only operating room routine care, the observation group is the use of risk awareness management. Results The summary of nursing data suggested that the incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the satisfaction of the patients with nursing services was significantly higher. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the concept of risk awareness in operating room nursing management can not only control the occurrence of various risk events, but also effectively improve patient satisfaction with nursing services. The method is validated and is worth learning from.
