甜叶菊苷是从甜叶菊(Stevia rebaudiana)中分离得到的一种天然非热量甜味剂,在日本、巴西等国常用于饮料和食品中。口服后经肠菌转换成其苷元斯替维醇(steviol)。据报道,在正向突变试验中,斯替维醇显示剂量相关性阳性反应。本研究为了从斯替维醇及其氧化衍生物中确定真正的致突变物。
Stevioside is a natural non-calorie sweetener isolated from Stevia rebaudiana and is commonly used in beverages and foods in countries such as Japan and Brazil. After oral administration, the enterococci convert into their aglycone steviol. Steretinol has been reported to show a dose-related positive response in a positive mutation test. This study was designed to identify true mutagens from statifurol and its oxidized derivatives.
