通过HY沸石与某些传统催化剂的比较,发现HY在2,4,4三甲基1戊烯与乙酸酐的酰化反应中比那些传统催化剂更有效.用HY沸石作催化剂,室温下通过2,4,4三甲基1戊烯与乙酸酐的酰化反应,合成了三种异构体,即4(2,2二甲基丙基)4戊烯2酮、(E)4,6,6-三甲基4庚烯2酮和(Z)4,6,6三甲基4庚烯2酮.考察了HY沸石的用量对该酰化反应的影响.当2,4,4三甲基1戊烯/乙酸酐/HY沸石=1mmol/10mmol/0.250g,反应温度25℃、反应时间2h时,生成的三种异构体产率之和为72%.HY沸石对于该反应具有极好的选择性和优良的活性稳定性.不同阳离子交换的Y沸石也用于催化2,4,4三甲基1戊烯的酰化反应.
Through the comparison of HY zeolite with some traditional catalysts, HY was found to be more effective than those of conventional catalysts in the acylation of 2,4,4-trimethylpentene with acetic anhydride.With HY zeolite as a catalyst, , 4-trimethyl-1-pentene and acetic anhydride, three isomers were synthesized, namely 4 (2,2-dimethylpropyl) , 6-trimethyl 4-heptene 2 ketone and (Z) 4,6,6 trimethyl 4-heptene 2 ketone. The effect of the amount of HY zeolite on the acylation reaction was investigated. When 2,4,4 tris Methyl 1 pentene / acetic anhydride / HY zeolite = 1 mmol / 10 mmol / 0.250 g at a reaction temperature of 25 ° C for a reaction time of 2 h giving a combined 72% yield of the three isomers HY zeolite has Excellent selectivity and excellent activity stability. Different cation exchanged Y zeolites are also used to catalyze the acylation of 2,4,4 trimethylpentene.
