用种特异性SSR标记分析40份糜子种质资源的遗传多样性。研究发现5对引物共检测出13个等位变异位点,平均每对引物2~3个,平均每个SSR位点2.6个。Shannon指数为0.67~1.08,平均0.88。多态信息指数为0.46~0.67,平均0.58。在相似系数0.594处,将40份材料分为6类。第一类来自北方春糜子区和华北夏糜子区,包含14份材料;第二类来自东北春糜子区、西北春夏糜子区和北方春糜子区,包含6份材料;第三类来自北方春糜子区,包含5份材料;第四类来自东北春糜子区和北方春糜子区,由5份材料组成;第五类来自北方春糜子区,包括8份材料;第六类来自东北春糜子区和北方春糜子区,由2份材料组成。本研究旨在为中国糜子种质资源的评估和有效利用提供数据参考。
Analysis of Genetic Diversity of 40 Millet Germplasms Using Species - Specific SSR Markers. A total of 13 allelic variants were detected in 5 pairs of primers, with an average of 2 to 3 pairs per primer, with an average of 2.6 SSR loci. Shannon index is 0.67 ~ 1.08, with an average of 0.88. The polymorphic information index was 0.46 ~ 0.67, with an average of 0.58. At a similarity factor of 0.594, 40 materials were grouped into six categories.
