刘海藩:1935年出生于湖南省涟源县,中共中央党校原副校长,教授,博士生导师。现任中国领导科学研究会会长、中国井冈山干部学院兼职教授、北京大学马克思主义学院特聘教授、中国社会科学院马克思主义学院顾问、中国政策研究会顾问。主要著作有《城市经济学》、《国民经济管理学》、《国有企业改革理论和实践的新探索》、《现代企业管理》、《对外经济管理学》、《领导干部西方经济学导读》、《中国金融问题——风险控制和化解》、《毛泽东思想综论》、《刘海藩自选集》等。主持编写了《马克思主义经济思想宝库》、《邓小平理论文库》、《领导科学文库》等大型理论工具书。
Liu Haifan: Born in Lianyuan County, Hunan Province in 1935, former vice president, professor and doctoral supervisor of CPC Central Party School. He is currently the president of China Leadership Science Research Institute, part-time professor of China Jinggangshan Cadre College, Distinguished Professor of Marxism College of Peking University, consultant of Marxism Academy of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and consultant of China Policy Research Association. Major works include “Urban Economics”, “National Economic Management”, “new exploration of the theory and practice of state-owned enterprise reform”, “modern enterprise management”, “foreign economic management science”, “leading cadres of Western economics” “China’s Financial Issues - Risk Control and Mitigation,” “An Overview of Mao Zedong Thought,” and “Liu Haifan Selected Anthologies.” Presided over the preparation of “Marxist economic thought treasure house”, “Deng Xiaoping Theory Library”, “leading science library” and other large theoretical tool.
