中层干部是这个单位的中坚力量,在单位事业的发展建设中发挥着上情下达、沟通协调的重要作用。中层干部能否当好,不仅是个人能否胜任的问题,而且关系到所在单位的工作效率和整体形象问题。中层干部要在谋局、干事和做人三个环节上下功夫。
Middle-level cadres are the backbone of this unit and play an important role in giving birth to and communicating and coordinating with each other in the development and construction of the unit undertaking. The middle-level cadres can be good, not only the issue of personal competence, but also related to the work efficiency of the unit and the overall image of the issue. Middle-level cadres must make efforts in the three areas of seeking councils, officers and people.
