1、链饱霉俗称红色面包霉,是污染食用菌菌种和菌床的主要病害。它的菌丝体初期为白色,绒毛状,能产主大量的桔红色粉状孢子;菌丝蔓延迅速,对菌种生产威胁很大。这种病在高温高湿的梅雨季节或是在棉塞受潮的情况下容易发生。防治措施:菌种生产要尽量错过闷热,潮湿的梅雨季节,消毒时严防棉塞受潮,培养室要保持干燥。在梅雨季节,室内外经常撒些石灰粉,发现链霉孢必须及时拣出烧毁或者深埋于地下,防止孢子扩散。周围环境可
