目的:观察在切牙切角缺损处牙本质粘固玻璃纤维桩,以增强树脂修复抗力及固位的临床疗效。方法:56例因龋或牙折导致切角缺损但未波及牙髓的上颌切牙(男36例,女20例;中切牙39颗,侧切牙17颗),随机分为使用纤维桩树脂修复组(A组)28颗牙,单纯树脂修复组(B组)28颗牙,统一评价标准后进行对比观察。结果:经2年随访观察,A组成功率96.43%,B组成功率78.57%,证明两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩作为局部固位装置,效果与金属牙本质钉相似,可以有效地增强切角树脂修复体的抗力与固位,同时避免金属材料的腐蚀和色差,体现了微创和美观的整体修复理念。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the dentin-bonded glass fiber posts in incisors incisors and cut corners in order to enhance the clinical efficacy of resin repair resistance and retention.
