目的实验观察溴甲烷染毒家兔中枢神经系统的组织病理学改变。方法26只家兔用溴甲烷(1664±256mg/m3)染毒2h,第7天复染一次。染毒8周后,分别用光镜和电镜观察家兔中枢神经系统的病理学改变。结果家兔用溴甲烷染毒8周后,光镜下家兔中枢神经系统病理学改变主要表现为退行性变,脊髓中部分运动神经细胞坏死。超微结构观察显示:脊髓神经细胞核内异染色质、常染色质减少,核肿大,延髓、脑桥、小脑、大脑神经细胞线粒体凝聚变性,线粒体嵴减少、部分消失呈空泡状,并有脱髓鞘现象等超微结构的病理改变。结论溴甲烷急性中毒后,可产生明显的中枢神经系统超微结构的改变。
Objective To observe the histopathological changes of central nervous system in rabbits exposed to methyl bromide. Methods Twenty - six rabbits were exposed to methyl bromide (1664 ± 256 mg / m3) for 2 hours and reconstituted on the 7th day. After 8 weeks of exposure, pathological changes of central nervous system of rabbits were observed by light microscope and electron microscope respectively. Results After rabbits were treated with methyl bromide for 8 weeks, pathological changes of the central nervous system in rabbits under light microscope were mainly degenerative changes. Some of the motor nerve cells in the spinal cord were necrosis. The results of ultrastructure showed that in the nucleus of spinal cord, the heterochromatin, the atherosclerosis, the nucleus enlargement, the mitochondria of the medulla oblongata, the pons, the cerebellum and the cerebrum clump degenerated, the mitochondria cristae disappeared and some disappeared vacuoles, Myelin and other ultrastructural pathological changes. Conclusion Methyl bromide acute poisoning, can produce significant changes in the central nervous system ultrastructure.
