宁金富是我们于1985年用金冠作母本、富士作父本杂交育成的苹果晚熟耐贮新品种。果实卵圆形;平均单果重200.0g,最大单果重300.0g;浓红色,色相为条纹;果肉乳黄色,肉质细、紧、脆,汁液多,有香气,酸甜味浓;可溶性固形物含量16.10%,果实硬度10.76kg/cm2;在半地下式果窖贮藏至来年5月,果实风味品质好于对照品种红富士;抗寒性比富士强;在宁夏银川地区,果实10月10日左右成熟。2008年5月通过宁夏回族自治区林木品种审定委员会审定。
Ningjinfu is a new late-maturing and storage-tolerant apple variety that we cultivated in 1985 with the Golden Delicious as the female parent and Fuji as the male parent. The fruit is oval in shape. The average fruit weight is 200.0g, the maximum single fruit weight is 300.0g. The dark red color is the stripe. The flesh is milky yellow with fine flesh, tightness, crispness, juicy, sweet and sour; Soluble solid content 16.10%, the fruit hardness of 10.76kg / cm2; in the semi-underground cellar storage until May of the following year, the fruit flavor better than the control varieties Fuji; cold resistance than Fuji; in Ningxia Yinchuan area, the fruit around October 10 mature.
