目的:探讨ELISA法检测出的HBeAb/HBcAb双阳和HBcAb单阳两种模式结果是否存在低浓度HBsAg而产生漏检现象。方法:运用微粒子酶免疫技术(microparticle enzyme immunoassay,MEIA)对2 500例ELISA法检测出的两种模式的HBsAg进行复检。结果:检出HBsAg比值S/N≥2的有550例,其中HBeAb/HBcAb双阳的有350例,HBcAb单阳的有220例。结论:ELISA法检测HBV时,低浓度的HBsAg存在漏检或误诊的现象,而用MEIA对其二种模式结果进行复检,可提高结果的可靠性和准确性,从而避免漏检和误诊的产生。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether there is a low concentration of HBsAg in the results of two patterns of HBeAb / HBcAb double positive and HBcAb detected by ELISA. Methods: Two kinds of HBsAg detected by ELISA were detected by microparticle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA). Results: There were 550 cases with S / N≥2 ratio of HBsAg, of which 350 cases were HBeAb / HBcAb double positive and 220 cases HBcAb single positive. CONCLUSION: The low concentration of HBsAg may be missed or misdiagnosed by ELISA when it is used to detect HBV. However, MEIA can retest the results of two modes to improve the reliability and accuracy of the results so as to avoid missing and misdiagnosed produce.
