前言从摩擦磨损角度提高齿轮工作效率及延长使用寿命的研究过程中,我们对我国汽车和舰船齿轮传动装置情况进行了调查,发现尽管与其相联的内燃机在生产中充分发挥了“磨合”对其性能与寿命的重要作用,然而齿轮磨合却没有受到相同待遇.其实,任何摩擦副表而性能都可能在磨合过程中发生明显良性转化.适当的磨合过程可为机械正常运转提供工作平稳、效率高、寿命长的摩擦副。但还须根据机械设备的综合经济效益决定其磨合的必要性。齿轮摩擦副磨合的重要程度,在许多发达国家中都排在第二位,位于轴承之前而仅次于缸套——活塞副.我们愿在这方面为缩小与国外先进技术水平间的差距进行探索。
