为探讨β-内啡肽与偏头痛发病的关系,我们用放射免疫法测定了44例无预兆偏头痛患者与25例正常对照者的血浆β-内啡肽水平,结果发现β-内啡肽水平在偏头痛组较正常对照组降低;男性患者组较女性患者组低。提示偏头痛患者很可能存在内源性阿片肽系统某个环节的缺陷。
To explore the relationship between β-endorphin and migraine, we measured the plasma β-endorphin levels in 44 migraineurs without evidence and 25 normal controls by radioimmunoassay and found that β-endorphin The level was lower in the migraine group than in the normal control group; the male patient group was lower than the female patient group. This suggests that migraine sufferers are likely to have some defect in the endogenous opioid system.
