目的探讨早期综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者功能预后的影响。方法选取长春市双阳区医院2013年2月至2014年2月所收治的72例急性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例,由护士、主管医师、针灸师、康复治疗师等共同组成综合康复治疗小组。所有患者都予以常规药物治疗,在患者临床表现无加重时,治疗组加综合康复治疗。结果与对照组相比,治疗组在治疗后日常生活活动能力、平衡功能、运动功能都会得以较为明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论遵循早期综合康复治疗的原则及时治疗脑卒中患者,可减轻患者痛苦,提高其生活质量,最大限度地恢复患者的各种功能,使之能够尽快痊愈。
Objective To investigate the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation on the prognosis of patients with stroke. Methods Seventy-two patients with acute stroke admitted to Shuangyang District Hospital of Changchun from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Nurses and supervisors , Acupuncturists and rehabilitation therapists to form a comprehensive rehabilitation team. All patients were treated with conventional drugs, in patients with no clinical manifestations, the treatment group plus comprehensive rehabilitation. Results Compared with the control group, the activities of daily living, balance function and motor function of the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions Following the principle of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, timely treatment of stroke patients can alleviate the suffering of patients and improve their quality of life, maximize the recovery of patients’ various functions so that they can be cured as soon as possible.
