具有抗孕激素作用的合成甾体化合物,用于催经止孕的少量临床观察取得成功后,引起了国内外学术界的重视。我国在大量中草药筛选和对多种中草药的深入研究中,也发现一些具有抗孕激素作用的中草药。本文就这方面的研究结果与中医药的有关论述作概要的介绍。
The synthesis of steroidal compounds with anti-progestogen effects has been used by domestic and foreign academics as a result of the success of a small number of clinical observations to urge pregnancy arrest. In China, a large number of Chinese herbal medicines are selected and in-depth research on various Chinese herbal medicines has also found some anti-progesterone Chinese herbal medicines. This article gives an overview of the research results in this area and the related discussion of traditional Chinese medicine.
