行政单位是包括多种机构单位的,其中内部控制是组成行政事业单位管理工作的重要组成部分,但是在我国,行政事业单位的内部控制工作存在这诸多问题,造成这样结果的原因是多方面的,比如说在我国,行政事业单位是比较特殊的,而且内部控制本身难度就比较高,具有高度的复杂性,再加上我们国家内部控制起步较晚,对于其的认识不足。而内部控制管理存在问题严重制约了行政事业单位的工作效率和质量。在新形势下,我国大力推进政治文明建设,因此内部控制管理工作的完善迫在眉睫。下面是我对这一问题的一些简单看法,并不成一家之言,仅仅希望可以引起相关部门的重视,起到抛砖引玉的作用。
