采用上方侧注式双辊铸轧工艺制备了1050铝铸轧薄带,并观察了薄带金相组织。结果表明,1050铸轧薄带表面质量良好;薄带厚度随带坯长度的增加而先增加后趋于稳定。金相组织观察表明,上方侧注式双辊铸轧薄带上辊侧与下辊侧组织存在明显差异。上辊侧为等轴生长的凝固组织,下辊侧为轧制变形组织,且中间存在一条分界线,是由于轧制作用改善冷却条件所产生的。
The 1050 aluminum cast strip was prepared by the side injection twin roll casting process and the microstructure of the strip was observed. The results show that the surface quality of 1050 cast strip is good. The strip thickness increases first and then stabilizes with the increase of strip length. Metallographic observation showed that there was a significant difference between the roll side and the roll side of the upper side-in-roll twin roll casting strip. The upper roll side is equiaxed growth solidified structure, the lower roll side of the rolling deformation of the organization, and there is a dividing line in the middle, due to the rolling effect to improve the cooling conditions generated.
