现阶段我国社会经济发展进程向前推进的速度是较为稳定的,并且我国所处的时代是一个知识经济的时代,各项科学技术在此背景之下发展和应用的速度都是比较快的,随着各项较为先进的科学技术措施的应用,我国社会各个行业中的市场竞争自然也就呈现出来一种越发激烈的趋势,在上文中提及到的背景之下,假如说房地产开发项目想要得到良性发展的话,那么工程管理在这个过程中起到的作用是极为重要的。建筑工程管理工作相较于其他管理工作来说动态性是比较强的,在研究分析工作进行的过程中需要考虑到的问题的数量是比较多的,笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,针对房地产开发项目工程管理相关工作进行的过程中出现几率比较高的问题展开分析,并在此基础之上提出一定的解决措施,希望可以在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用,最终在我国社会经济发展进程向前推进的过程中做出一定的贡献。
