目的探讨如何发现和纠正影响血液质量的因素,改进和不断完善血站质量控制工作,确保临床使用到安全、及时、有效的血液。方法对照“一法两规”要求,建立血站质量管理体系;各职能科室严格按照操作规程进行各项工作的具体操作。结果建立质量管理体系并认真执行,在执行过程中不断进行持续改进;进行操作技能培训,使操作过程更加规范化,使血液质量更有保障。结论通过持续改进和不断完善质量控制工作,为各职能科室规范操作奠定基础,杜绝影响血液质量的情况发生。血液质量需要血站各科室全面配合,只有血站工作人员责任意识和操作技能的整体素质全面提高,才能在国家法律、法规和新的标准及规范的指导下,更好地保证血液的质量。
Objective To explore how to find out and correct the factors that affect the quality of blood, improve and continuously improve the blood quality control work, and ensure the clinical use of safe, timely and effective blood. Conclusion Through continuous improvement and continuous improvement of quality control work, we laid the foundation for standardized operation of various functional departments and put an end to any impact on blood quality. Only the overall quality of staffs’ awareness of responsibility and operational skills in bloodstains should be improved in an all-round way to ensure better blood quality under the guidance of national laws, regulations, and new standards and norms.
