一、引言五磷酸钕(NdP_5O_(14)简写NdPP)晶体作为高钕浓度(比Nd:yAG高30倍)激光材料,可望在小型激光光源、测距机及超短脉冲等方面得到应用,引起了人们的极大兴趣。目前虽已长出厘米级尺寸的大晶体,但对其生长过程的物理化学研究未见报导。磷酸——水体系极为复杂,它是由水和通式H_(n+2)P_nO_(3n+1)(其中n=1,2,3……)的酸组成的复杂混合物。其中各种酸的比例,随着制备方法的不同而各不相同。NdPP
I. INTRODUCTION Neodymium pentaphosphate (NdP_5O_ (14) abbreviated NdPP) crystal is expected to be used as a laser material with high neodymium concentration (30 times higher than Nd: yAG) in small laser sources, range finders and ultrashort pulses. Aroused people’s great interest. At present, large crystals of centimeter size have been grown, but there are no reports on the physicochemical study of their growth process. The phosphoric acid-water system is extremely complex and it is a complex mixture of water and an acid of the general formula H_ (n + 2) P_nO_ (3n + 1) (where n = 1,2,3 ...).
