目的识别和分析某公司年产20万t环氧乙烷系列产品生产线建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,评价其职业病危害防护设施的控制效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和定量分级结果,对试运行期间作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中的职业病危害因素主要有环氧乙烷、乙二醇、乙醇胺、氨、工频电场和噪声。现场检测结果显示,空气岗位工人接触噪声的40 h等效声级为94.2 dB(A),高于80 dB(A),属于噪声岗位;其余岗位巡视点噪声值均低于80 dB(A),不属于噪声岗位。其他各岗位的职业病危害因素浓度(或强度)均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目属职业病危害程度严重的建设项目,该项目在职业卫生方面符合国家相关法律及职业卫生标准规定的相关要求,该建设项目可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards caused by the construction of an annual output of 200,000 t ethylene oxide product line in a company and evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards prevention facilities. Methods Through occupational health field investigation, occupational hazards detection, occupational health examination and other methods, combined with occupational disease protection facilities, personal occupational disease protection levels and quantitative grading results, the occupational hazards of workers during the trial exposure level and occupational health effects Evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards of the project in the production process were ethylene oxide, ethylene glycol, ethanolamine, ammonia, power frequency electric field and noise. The field test results show that the 40 h equivalent sound level of air contact workers is 94.2 dB (A), higher than 80 dB (A), which belongs to the noise position; the noise of the rest positions is lower than 80 dB (A) , Do not belong to the noise post. The concentrations (or intensities) of occupational hazards in other positions are in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion This project is a construction project with serious degree of occupational hazards. The project meets the relevant requirements of relevant state laws and occupational health standards in terms of occupational hygiene. The project is feasible.
