体育教师的专业素质是搞好学校体育教学活动、培养人才的重要保证,体育教师在新课改的大环境下应具备什么样的专业素质和专业发展方向是本文所要研究的。结合现阶段体育教师专业素质现状,从观念意识、政策体制、教师的专业素质三个方面,提出体育教师专业化发展策略。
The professional quality of physical education teachers is an important guarantee to improve school physical education activities and personnel training. What kind of professional qualities and professional development direction should physical education teachers have under the environment of new curriculum reform is the subject of this paper. Combined with the current situation of the professional quality of physical education teachers, this paper puts forward the specialization strategy of physical education teachers from three aspects: the concept of consciousness, the policy system and the professional qualities of teachers.
