介绍了基于联邦模式的集成体系结构及联邦执行支撑环境,为多个异构网络化制造系统的集成提供综合框架。既可实现系统之间的资源共享与协同工作,又维持了各系统的自治性,使得任何系统的加入和退出都不影响其他系统的运行。联邦执行支撑环境以中间件形式加载在原有网络化制造系统上,提供标准的非平凡服务,使得系统具有分布式事务处理能力,促使各系统之间建立灵活的互惠合作关系。实现了基于联邦模式体系结构的原型系统,并在北京网络化制造系统集成中得到了实际应用。
The integrated architecture based on federal mode and the federated execution support environment are introduced to provide a comprehensive framework for the integration of multiple heterogeneous networked manufacturing systems. It can not only realize the resource sharing and coordination between systems, but also maintain the autonomy of each system so that the joining and leaving of any system will not affect the operation of other systems. The federated execution support environment is loaded on legacy networked manufacturing systems in the form of middleware, providing standard, non-trivial services that enable the system to have distributed transaction processing capabilities and facilitate flexible, mutually beneficial partnerships between systems. The prototype system based on federate mode architecture is realized, and it has been put into practical application in Beijing networked manufacturing system integration.
