目的通过开展深圳市宝安区正己烷和三氯乙烯重点职业病危害因素监测,为职业病防治提供依据。方法筛查2011年1月1日—2013年12月31日宝安区内存在正己烷与三氯乙烯职业危害的企业,从中抽取60%的企业作为调查对象,对工作场所进行监测,对接触正己烷和三氯乙烯的劳动者进行职业健康检查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果正己烷与三氯乙烯监测企业合格率和监测点合格率逐年升高;主要集中在电子、印刷、五金、塑胶制品等行业;接触正己烷和三氯乙烯的劳动者进行职业健康检查的分别为4 554人和747人,职业禁忌证发生率分别为1.3%和1.9%;无正己烷职业病或者疑似职业病,发现2例三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎。结论建立正己烷和三氯乙烯重点职业病监测体系,对预防职业病的发生,可起到一定的积极作用。
Objective To carry out monitoring of key occupational hazards of n-hexane and trichlorethylene in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City to provide basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Method screening January 1, 2011 - December 31, 2013 Baoan District, n-hexane and trichloroethene occupational hazards exist in the enterprise, from which 60% of the enterprises as the survey, the workplace monitoring, Occupational health examinations were carried out for workers of both alkane and trichlorethylene and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The passing rate of n-hexane and trichlorethylene monitoring enterprises and the passing rate of monitoring points increased year by year. The concentration of n-hexane and trichlorethylene was mainly in electronics, printing, hardware and plastic products industries. Occupational health examinations were conducted for workers exposed to n-hexane and trichlorethylene For 4 554 and 747 people, the incidence of occupational contraindications were 1.3% and 1.9% respectively. No n-hexane occupational disease or suspected occupational disease was found and 2 cases of trichlorethylene-like dermatitis were found. Conclusion Establishing the monitoring system of key occupational diseases of n-hexane and trichlorethylene can play a positive role in preventing the occurrence of occupational diseases.
