阳结核和腹膜结核是常见的病症,本院各科在过去曾见到很多的病例,这些病例以後当由病理、X光和临床各科联合分析。本文仅就这两类病症的外科治疗方面,作一个一般性的讨论。肠结核一、病发数患活动性肺结核多年的病人,常同时兼有肠结核症。根据许多临床医师的统计,大概有10-30%的肺结核病人,同时兼有阳结核症。如果从屍体解剖的结果来分析,那麽在因肺结核而死亡的病人中,肠结核症的并发数要比临床统计更高得多,一般的在70-85%左右。不但如此,肠结核也能在经过临床或X光证明没有肺结核的病人中发现。在阿登(Adam)氏的38个患有盲肠结核的病人中,几乎有半数病人的肺部检查结果是正
Yang tuberculosis and peritoneal tuberculosis are common conditions. Many cases in our hospital have seen many cases in the past, and these cases should be analyzed later by pathology, X-ray and clinical departments. This article gives a general discussion on the surgical treatment of both types of conditions. Intestinal tuberculosis First, the number of patients with active tuberculosis for many years of patients, often both intestinal tuberculosis.
