人滋养层细胞表面抗原2(human trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2,TROP2)又称GA733-1和EGP-1,是一种单次跨膜表面糖蛋白,属于GA733基因家族的一员。TROP2其名源于其在胚胎滋养层细胞和绒毛膜癌中的高表达~([1])。研究证实TROP2在许多实体肿瘤中高表达,而在正常上皮或癌旁组织中低表达或不表达,参与多种肿瘤的恶性进展。本文综述近年来关于TROP2与肿瘤的研究进展。
Human trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2), also known as GA733-1 and EGP-1, is a single transmembrane surface glycoprotein belonging to the GA733 gene family. TROP2 is derived from its high expression in embryonic trophoblastic cells and choriocarcinoma ~ ([1]). Studies have confirmed that TROP2 is highly expressed in many solid tumors, but low or no expression in normal epithelial or paracancerous tissues, and is involved in the malignant progression of many tumors. This review summarizes recent research progress on TROP2 and tumor.
