本文结合生产实际,分析了高速钢刀具闪光对焊存在的一些主要问题及对焊接质量的影响,提出了解决刀具闪光焊裂纹的一些措施。
Based on the actual production, this paper analyzes some main problems existing in the flash butt welding of high-speed steel tools and their impact on the welding quality. Some measures are put forward to solve the crack of flash flash welding tools.
