现就16例节育手术致子宫穿孔病例进行分析,以探讨子宫穿孔的教训及预防措施。一、临床资料16例子宫穿孔者年龄22～64岁,孕产次1～6次。其中发生于人流术中7例(吸管穿孔4例,探针穿孔3例);中妊卵圆钳穿孔2例;上环探针穿孔5例,取环钩穿孔1例。5例行剖腹探查,除1例穿孔不明显外,其余4例穿孔部位均在子宫前壁峡 Now 16 cases of uterine perforation caused by birth control surgery were analyzed to explore the lessons of uterine perforation and preventive measures.
