目的:研究1-(2-甲酰氧乙基)-5-甲酰胺基吡唑的合成方法。方法:以氯乙醇和水合肼为原料,经5步反应合成出硫酸头孢噻利关键中间体1-(2-甲酰氧乙基)-5-甲酰胺基吡唑。结果:总收率为33.7%。结论:本法操作简便,适合工业化生产。
Objective: To study the synthesis of 1- (2-formyloxyethyl) -5-carboxamidopyrazole. Methods: The key intermediate of cefoselisyl 1- (2-formyloxyethyl) -5-carboxamidopyrazole was synthesized by 5 steps using chloroethanol and hydrazine hydrate as raw materials. Results: The total yield was 33.7%. Conclusion: This method is easy to operate, suitable for industrial production.
