目的 :探讨缺氧对肺心病患者甲状腺激素水平的变化。方法 :使用放射免疫法测定 5 0例肺心病患者急性期、缓解期及对照组体内T3 、T4、TSH水平 ,同步测定PaO2 ,观察T3 、T4和TSH的变化 ,并分析PaO2 与T3 、T4的相关关系。结果 :肺心病急性期血清T3 显著低于缓解组和对照组 ,TSH较对照组略高 ,无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ,PaO2 与T3 、T4呈正相关。结论 :监测血清T3 、T4水平有助于判断肺心病危重程度及其预后预测
Objective: To investigate the changes of thyroid hormone in patients with cor pulmonale due to hypoxia. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of T3, T4 and TSH in 50 patients with cor pulmonale at acute and remission stages and in control group. The PaO2 was measured simultaneously and the changes of T3, T4 and TSH were observed. relationship. Results: Serum T3 in acute phase of pulmonary heart disease was significantly lower than that in remission group and control group, and TSH was slightly higher than that in control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). PaO2 was positively correlated with T3 and T4. Conclusion: Monitoring serum T3 and T4 levels can help determine the severity of pulmonary heart disease and its prognosis
