目的了解桶装饮用水水质状况,为卫生管理提供依据。方法 2008—2011年对高县桶装饮用水进行监测,水样采集按GB/T 4789.1-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验》要求,实验室检测按GB/T 8538-1995《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》和GB/T 4789.21-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验冷冻饮品、饮料检验》进行。结果共监测168份水样,合格率79.2%。2008—2011年合格率分别为63.9%、75.0%、84.1%和89.6%,呈逐年上升趋势;春季合格率(85.9%)高于秋季(73.3%)。结论高县桶装饮用水春季水质优于秋季,合格率呈逐年上升趋势,微生物指标合格率较低,应继续加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the status of bottled drinking water quality and provide basis for health management. Methods From 2008 to 2011, the drinking water of bottled drinking water in Gaoxian County was monitored. The water samples were collected according to the requirements of GB / T 4789.1-2003 “Microbiological examination of food hygiene”. The laboratory tests were conducted according to GB / T 8538-1995 “Drinking Natural Mineral Water Test Methods ”and GB / T 4789.21-2003“ Microbiological examination of food hygiene frozen drinks, beverages test ”carried out. A total of 168 samples were monitored with a pass rate of 79.2%. The qualification rates in 2008-2011 were 63.9%, 75.0%, 84.1% and 89.6% respectively, showing an increasing trend year by year. The passing rate in spring (85.9%) was higher than that in autumn (73.3%). Conclusion The spring water quality of bottled drinking water in Gaoxian County is better than that in autumn, the passing rate is increasing year by year, and the passing rate of microbial indicators is relatively low. Therefore, supervision and management should continue to be strengthened.
